Privacy Policy

• Family and account details: names, contact details and login details for parents and guardians.
• Student details: information parents and guardians give us about students, such as name, date of birth, grade level, gender, allergies or notes, classes, attendance and progress notes.
• Payments: charges, payments and account balances. Card details are handled by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers.
• Orders and bookings: store orders, event tickets and seats, party bookings, and messages you send us.
• Website usage: see Analytics below.

Student information is provided by a parent or guardian and is used to run classes and keep students safe. It is not used for advertising and is not sent to analytics services. Parents and guardians can ask us to review, correct or delete their child's information using the contact details below.

To run classes, registration, billing, events and the store, to contact families about the studio, to keep students safe, and to improve our website. We do not sell personal information.

We use Google Analytics, and may use the Facebook Pixel, on our public pages to see how people find and use the site. These services receive usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. They are never used on account, registration, payment, receipt, ticket or booking pages. Where the law requires consent, we ask first and they do not load unless you accept. Everywhere else they load by default, and we respect the Global Privacy Control browser signal. You can opt out at any time:

Providers that help us run the studio, including Stripe for payments, our website hosting, file storage and email providers, and Google, and Facebook if enabled, for analytics. We may also share information when the law requires it.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as payment records, where the law requires.
